Reaching the Mountaintops of the Giants
Before attempting to find Castle Sol, players must first gain access to the Mountaintops of the Giants. Progressing through Leyndell, Royal Capital, and defeating Morgott, the Omen King, opens the pathway toward the Grand Lift of Rold. Once you possess the standard Rold Medallion, you can activate the lift to enter the snowy highlands.
Navigating the Path to Castle Sol
Upon arriving in the Mountaintops of the Giants, journey northeast toward the frozen valley. Pass near the Stargazer's Ruins and cross the northern bridge, or travel east from the Freezing Lake toward the lower elevation slopes. Descend into the lower valley area to discover the main entrance of Castle Sol tucked into the northern cliffside.
